Can I return an item?
Yes, regardless of the reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the items. After 30 days, we no longer accept returns. See our Returns and Refund Policy for more information.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
Yes, that’s possible. If you would like to exchange an item for another variant (size, model, etc.), we ask that you first send an email to customerservice@myralina.com with your order details and your exchange request. You can only exchange unused and unwashed items within 30 days from the delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you need to cancel an order, please email us at customerservice@myralina.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for shipment.
