Important information:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order cut-off time is 4:00 PM GMT+10
- We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia
Delivery
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that we have started processing your order. This typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once complete, we hand the package over to a courier and send you an email with tracking information. You can expect your package to arrive within 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday). We currently offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.
Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and delivery has passed and your order still has not arrived, there is no need to worry. Please wait up to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us and provide your order number. We will then investigate where the issue lies and why the delivery has been delayed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at customerservice@myralina.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.
Damaged or incorrect items
We apologise if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Please send photos of the issue to customerservice@myralina.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
