Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy Overview:

  • Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval.
  • Return: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We accept exchanges.

Return Policy
Regardless of the reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. After 30 days, we no longer accept returns. To begin the return process, please contact us first at customerservice@myralina.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. All tags, labels and packaging must be intact. Please pack the items carefully so they are not damaged on their way back to us. Use a reliable courier service to ensure the package does not get lost. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process
Once the returned item has been verified, the refund will be made to the original payment method. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (size, style, etc.), please first send an email to customerservice@myralina.com with your order information and your exchange request. You may only exchange unused and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to customerservice@myralina.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We apologise if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Please send photos of the issue to customerservice@myralina.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
